Job mission 


Support NPR and Project Managers by executing NPR activities in accordance with the delivery requirements.  Support current product cost and quality reduction activities through direct supplier management and project execution.

The role can be located in Wrocław or Łódź.


Your tasks in this role

  • Support Project requirements through support of new product introduction.  Work with cross-functional counterparts to achieve the smooth new model start-up
  • Execute NPR confirmation activities with supply base and report results to Launch or Project Managers
  • Execute TCP/TCQ project activities to promote cost reduction and quality improvement
  • Work within the cross-functional team to execute the new model transition from the NPR 4 (execution) process to mass production


Background and experience


  • Master’s technical degree or degree in Economics or Management
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in Procurement, Engineering or Supplier Quality 
  • Fluent English
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Availability to travel minimum 1 week per month without constrictions (after pandemic)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners and suppliers
  • The ability to prioritize activities with strict deadlines 


  • SAP knowledge
  • Italian and/or Polish language is a plus
  • International experience or experience in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team working skills
