This role in summary

The Procurement Specialist will support New product readiness and Project Managers by executing NPR activities in accordance with the delivery requirements.  Support current product cost and quality reduction activities through direct supplier management and project execution.


Your responsibilities will include 

  • Support Project requirements through support of new product introduction
  • Work with cross-functional counterparts to achieve smooth new model start-up
  • Execute New product readiness confirmation activities with supply base and report results to Launch or Project Managers
  • Execute TCP/TCQ project activities to promote cost reduction and quality improvement
  • Work within the cross functional team to execute new model transition from the NPR 4 (execution) process to mass production.


Background and Experience

  • Master’s technical degree or degree in Economics or Management
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in procurement.
  • International experience or experience in multinational company is a plus.
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required. SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team working skills
  • Ability of multitasking and prioritizing activities with strict deadlines 
  • Availability to travel
