Your responsibilities will include 

  • New model planning - own the new model lineup.  Create/manage part numbers translating eBOMs to mBOMs. Engineering notice to PO process.
  • Provides final check of change notices to verify change is documented accurately and written in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Provide a critical link between the department and other process partners such as engineering, manufacturing, procurement, etc.
  • Responsible for compiling, releasing and reporting the product configuration and cost for bills of material for engineering releases (EBOMs) and manufacturing releases (MBOMs)
  • Track all specification releases, change request process, and ensure all parts and drawing numbers are updated
  • Responsible to ensure all user guides, literature and labels are managed and updated
  • Manage and track project schedule activities related to build execution and CN release

 

Requirements

  • Business, Engineering or related Degree
  • Technical Project Management experience of at least 3 years in appliance industry in global organization;
  • 3-5 years of experience in regional/local companies in other industrial areas (Automotive, Aviation, Mechanical, Technical)
  • Excellent analytical skills, managing and analyzing data
  • Good communication skills to different audiences (engineering, manufacturing and line employees)
  • Effective interaction with the team by communicating ideas clearly – both verbally and written.
  • Ability to perform and to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to influence people and coordinate work 
  • Google drive management (90% Google spreadsheet)
  • SAP / ERP MRP & PLM practical knowledge will be a great asset
  • Product knowledge & system design /  Modular Architecture practical knowledge will be a value added.
  • Eagerness to apply the learning gained through practical experience in cross-team cooperation
