Function Overview

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Simulation and Product Development  Engineer to join our Wroclaw  Refrigeration Team.  This will report to the local manager of the Simulation Based Design (SBD) Team, and will perform and coordinate with Platform Engineers, the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to drive product design improvements given the engineering requirements and constraints as well as simulation development projects.


Job Responsibilities

●        Run analysis, prepare reports and reviews with the platform design team

●        Coordinate analysis with offshore simulation team

●        Develop new simulation capabilities

●        Align simulation as needed to engineering requirements  

Minimum Requirements 

●       Bachelor Degree in Engineering; (Mechanical. Automotive)

●      3~5 years of simulation work experience in a product development role



Preferred Requirements (5 Bullets)

  1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred);

  2. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) ;

  3. Experience with ANSYS, Altair Hypermesh and LS-Dyna or equivalent or similar tools

  4. Strong materials understanding, including hyperelasticity, creep and fatigue or metals, plastics and rubbers

  5. Refrigeration product experience a plus

  6. Pro-Engineer (Wildfire/Creo) modeling capability.

  7. Additional experience with Noise related software like VAone, Nastran (Preferred)
