If yes, you are on the right spot here. We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships with the most important customers. You will be responsible for bringing proper sales results, maintaining long and short-term strategy with key customers by comprehending their requirements.

Your responsibilities will include

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with major customers to ensure they do not turn to competition, understanding key customers' needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet customers' needs, and covering market opportunities.
Your task in this role will include:

  • Development and execution of sales and marketing plans
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals

Background and experience

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in Kay Account management (experience in MDA will be additional attitude) 
  • The ability to handle multiple task same time
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Good English 
  • Organizational skills
