In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic, passionate and pioneering team working to transform the luxury appliance industry. As a catalyst of change, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business. We are pursuing a leader who excels at being comfortable with ambiguity, highly-collaborative, outcome oriented and wants to join our mission. The JennAir Luxury Business Development role is primarily responsible for cultivating relationships and engaging with industry influencers (e.g. developers, marketing firms, designers, architects, etc.) to understand our story, understand our brand, and use our products in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles and San Francisco California . Because you know (and are) luxury, you will bring a new perception of reality to the organization that will lead to you finding creative ways to elevate the brand’s perception in the marketplace. As a shepherd of our brand, you will work collaboratively across the sales organization and the brand organization to influence several key initiatives.



  • Build a robust pipeline of new business across all segments of our business San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Francisco 
  • Elevate the JennAir brand across the marketplace through dynamic marketing
  • Build meaningful relationships with developers, architects, designers, real estate firms, etc.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury landscape (including beyond appliances)



  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial negotiations, design, and marketing in a luxury industry
  • 5+ years of working with developers, architects, designers, and real estate firms
