We are looking for experienced candidates with exceptional customer service for an Appliance Repair Technician position in the Greater Los Angeles Area to include the counties of Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange. We are a leading service provider with a high quality of standards for repair and customer satisfaction.   • Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances to include Refrigerators, Washers and Dryers, Gas and Electric Stoves, Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Trash Compactors, Garbage Disposers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively - with customers, tech support, dispatch, routing and management
  • Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals 
  • Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
  • Provide timely and quality repairs of customers' products
  • Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truck
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
  • Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
  • Make decisions in a timely fashion
  • Work both independently and on a team
  • Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
  • Dispatch from your home to customer locations to repair residential home appliances
  • Process transactions related to in-home repairs
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and electronically process repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company-issued asset; Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Basic and iPad
  • Lift or maneuver 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
  • Possess Mechanical aptitude



  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years’ experience full line appliance repair; sealed system, refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry, refrigeration & Sealed Systems



  • National Appliance Service Technician Certification (NASTeC)
  • Experience repairing, installing, and maintaining home appliances
  • Ability to use various hand tools
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, customer service focused
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English (bi-lingual always a plus)
