Talent Management Specialist Sr Analyst is responsible for executing the Talent initiatives aligned to the strategy deployed by the Centers of Excellence (COE).


This position is part of the Global HR Operations Organization, and supports global process execution as well as regional deployment in LAR South. It aims to support and partner with the Executive Committee in LAR South, COE, Business HR, People Leaders & Employees in the region.


This opportunity is located in São Paulo (Brazil headquarter) and it is part of the Global Organization the HR - Talent Acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Talent COE and the Org & Strategy from the LAR region to define program strategic direction and execute the strategy as planned.

- Partner with Senior Leadership and HR teams to deploy the strategic direction and provide awareness on what is coming in terms of talent management activities.

- When required to provide training to People Leaders on EPE processes (Objective Setting, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Mid-Year and Year-End). - Constantly identify opportunities to improve our processes and provide input to create a continuous improvement environment (i.e. Training content, communications strategy, etc).

- Promote EPE processes completion by sharing status reports to Business HR and make sure there is an action plan in place.

- Deliver regional communication plans aligned with global communication plans on Talent processes (performance management, talent assessment & succession planning) & External Surveys.

- Coordinate local Surveys strategy execution for LARS/BR (i.e. Great Place to Work, etc).


Minimum Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree;

- Experience in Talent Management;

- Experience with engagement surveys;

- Fluent English;


Preferred Requirements:


Previous experience in EPE process;

- Success Factors (SAP);

- Spanish;
