This role in summary

The Cost and Quality Planning, Sr Analyst creates and manages the cost and quality portfolio for the platform.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Integrates and manages Cost & Quality projects portfolio.

  • Consolidates Cost and Quality indicators (Cash Flow, Carry Over, Payback, Capex, Budget, SIR)

  • Leads monthly closings and accounting impacts for cost and quality projects.

  • Generates reports & presentations for the leadership (goal x result, key projects, Support needed, prioritizations).

  • Works in Continuous improvement projects and process standardization.

  • Is the focal Point with Controlling, Finance, P4G, Procurement, Production Planning and Manufacturing teams.

  • Establishes and monitors Cost and Quality targets and drives actions for deviations.

  • Interacts with the technical area (Subsystem teams) being responsible for the new projects activation and supports in the resources allocation;

  • Analyzes BOM in order to support with project scoping and idea generation (Smart Share)

  • Runs DFV workshops to build project pipelines for Cost and Quality projects.

  • Handling of google tools: Spreadsheets, Docs, Presentations, Smartsheet, Forms, Big Data

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting, Industrial Engineering

  • Proficient in English

  • Proactive and able to facilitate cross functional teams

  • Outstanding Spreadsheets abilities and use of Google applications ( Docs, Presentations, Smartsheets, Forms)

  • Strong Analytical and Financial Analysis competency - intellectually curious

Preferred skills and experiences

  • SAP / Windchill  experience as a plus

  • Project Management as a plus

  • Design experience as a plus
