As the Analyst, Business HR in Rio Claro (São Paulo) you will have the opportunity to work on a Global HR team to provide regional and global support to our Engineering Global Product Organization. What you’ll do:

Strategically partner with the Global HRBP Manager and Engineering business to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives. Supports the HRBP Manager in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with other global HRBP’s, HR Operations, HR Communities of Expertise, Engineering, Finance and other key partners to lead and contribute to the following areas:

  • Execute global business strategy ensuring alignment with regional/local customs and practices with the partnership of the local leaders
  • Understand People Excellence strategy to enable regional business outcomes in support of the global business
  • Use data and insights to discuss people challenges and implications based on direction at global and regional level 
  • Coach and provide HR expertise to non-HR business leader and leadership team.
  • Ensure local capability development meets criteria for broader capability development strategies
  • Succession plan and build talent for local specific business critical roles


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Proficiency in both English & Portuguese
  • Excellent proven interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Questioning mind with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to execute with speed and sense of urgency. Has a good knowledge of current best


 Preferred Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business HR
  • Demonstrated experience using data-driven insights and applying it to inform business decision making
  • Experience working in global teams
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law, organizational development and best practices will be an advantage
