Budget & C&Q Analyst

Area: GPO / Dish Planning Team 

Locaction: Rio Claro,Sao Paulo;Brazil                                  
Currently, we are seeking a qualified candidate to join our Dish Planning Team. In this role the candidate will be responsible for managing both the Global Non-People Budget (IO Management) and C&Q Data Management needs of the Platform. This is for an Analyst or Senior Analyst position depending on the given location or region.                                            
Day to Day:                                            
This position would report to the Planning Leader within the Dish Planning Team and would be for an individual contributor role. The individual would routinely work with the Architecture and Project Leaders to manage the NPE Budget actuals and outlooks for the platform. In addition, this individual would be helping to support C&Q data management and working closely with the C&Q Lead and C&Q Project Leaders to manage actuals and forecasts depending on the stage of the project. Each day will offer a broad range of opportunities to connect with different portions of the Dish team and will support a fast paced, team oriented, work environment.                                            
Main Focus of Budget Management Responsibilities:                                            
Manage the IO’s within the Dish Platform on a day-to-day basis to support the project execution needs.                                            
Consolidate information for month-end reporting while working with the Dish team to identify changes to the year-end outlook.                                            
Work with the project teams as needed to enable clarity in available budget and how to address funding gaps/issues with the teams.                                            
Driving consistency in the data management to enable early warning indicators and proper reporting needs for the organization.     
Main Focus of C&Q Data Management Responsibilities:                                            
Manage the C&Q project database with support from the C&Q Leader.                                            
Work with the project leaders to collect cost information and project stage-gate deliverable data to assess project deliverable timelines (including cost maturity)                                            
Driving a robust database that includes consistent and correct data to help enable reporting and decision making.                                            
Find opportunities to continuously improve the C&Q Data management system to deliver the visibility and insight required to drive actionable results
What You Need To Succeed                                            

  • Outstanding people skills, with the specific ability to interact as a team player                                            
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills with good fluency in English.                                            
  • Proficient PC Software skills and ability to work with record keeping systems, including Google products. This primarily includes a high level of understanding of Google Sheets and using formulas to deliver database insight.                                            
  • Ability to work independently and within a diverse team                                            
  • Record and compile data and maintain accurate records                                            
  • Proven personal effectiveness through integrity, motivation, dependability/reliability, willingness to learn, interpersonal skills, professionalism and initiative.                                            

Education/Experience Required                                            

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or 2-year associate's degree (or applicable regional alternative) in an applicable field is preferred though not required for this role.                                            
  • 3 to 5 years of applicable experience in home appliances of a multinational company, design or manufacturing background is a plus.                                            
  • Demonstrable continuous improvement experience is preferred
