The team you will be a part of

The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

This role in summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for  achieving targeted sales within assigned local levels or accounts. Generates revenue by implementing commercial policy.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Responsible for customers within assigned territory
  • Enlarge distribution of current portfolio and introduce new products accordingly to company objectives
  • Company and Brand ambassador
  • Budget spender accordingly with the commercial policies and ensuring ROI
  • Ensure compliance with antitrust law
  • Closes sales by building relationships with potential account, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections and preparing contracts
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products/services and developing new applications
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from account in accordance with anti trust law
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled
     

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
  • Commerce DNA
  • Language: Latvian (native), Russian (fluent), English (intermediate)
  • Excel–proficient, SAP is a plus
