The team you will be a part of

The Systems Engineering team designs new products, modifies existing designs, improves production techniques, and develops test procedures based on considerations of engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand.

This role in summary

You will be part of HA Platform Architecture Team, which has Cost & Quality Integrator in EMEA based in Radomsko, Poprad and Fabriano locations. The location for this role will be in Radomsko.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead the quality investigation of critical and strategic new laundry projects in EMEA
  • Integrate within engineering, manufacturing and regional quality on the scoping and execution of key quality improvement initiatives
  • Work as a focal engineering point for manufacturing quality issues
  • Make system-level engineering trade-offs
  • Accountable for new product quality and production delivery targets
  • End to End accountability
  • Present project status updates to management

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or Chemical Engineering
  • English fluent
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma foundation
  • Experience in Project Management 

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Experience in engineering or material science
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others
  • Experience in tooling and basic processes (injection moulding, metal stamping etc.)
  • Ability to read and manage drawings on CAD systems
