Our Radomsko location is looking for an experieced professional for the Process Engineering position.The role will be opened in industrial engineering department, reporting to IE coordinator.

Details:

  • Capacity to define the opportunity in the line balancing;
  • Define the standard work procedure and work cycle;
  • Calculate and monitoring the work efficiency and analyze the deviations;
  • Study and optimize the workplace according the H&S and ergonomics evaluation;
  • Capacity to analyze from design review and FMEA, the proposal line balancing;  
  • Execute the problem solving strategies and ensure the continuous improvement process;
  • Monitoring and propose improvement plan for direct and indirect productivities optimization;
  • Ensure the standardization of the work cycle according to H&S, work regulation and quality of the components;
  • Capacity to analyze the material handling specifications, methods, delivery point, route&racks;
  • Contribute to business initiatives, projects review and communicate the impact on the production team.

 

Skills attitude and qualifications:

  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines;  
  • Curiosity, proactivity and flexibility as main way of work and to develop short and mid term tasks;
  • Teamwork player within organization;
  • Involvement in continuous improvement projects (2/3 years);  
  • Knowledge of lean methodology,  WCM knowledge will be a surplus;
  • Knowledge of MTM-UAS methodology;
  • Graduate in in mechanical, production engineering  or similarity;  
  • Resilient, optimistic and open to change;
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under a challenging environment.
