Our HR Business Partner leads People Excellence with business leaders to deliver positive business outcomes.

 

We are opening a career possibility in our factory in Whirlpool Radomsko. Your role would be highly appreciated as a competent HR expert to partner with factory managers of all levels. Together with a global HR team you would develop, create and implement HR strategies, programs and tools align with WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology. Joining our team gives you an unique opportunity not only to support manufacturing in HR lenses but also participate in international HR development programs or international mobility programs and grow together with us!


Your task in this role will include:

 

  • Lead People Development strategy and activities to support the business ensuring right level or competencies
  • Responsible for  people  development pillar leader role according to WCM methodology
  • Supporting people leaders with People related processes
  • Proactively interpret and leverage data and insights to diagnose and solve people challenges and implications with the support of People Development specialists
  • Analysing the HR KPI’s and planning and executing actions 
  • Promote, implement, communicate activities, policies regulations and company standards
  • Provide support in assessing the organization set-up of your own plant in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure the right cost sizing with respect to the budget and to the changing needs within the year, as well as on a longer term horizon, according to the organization set-up
  • Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc. , regarding own organization
  • Lead Employer Branding activities


 
Background and experiences:

 

  • University degree preferred in psychology, HRM, administration or job advisory
  • Practical basic knowledge of Polish labor law
  • 2+ years of professional experience in HRBP role, preferably in a production environment in corporations structures
  • Background with WCM or LEAN methodology would be an asset
  • MS Office user (especially MS Excel), SAP would be an asset
  • Good command in English
  • Proactive attitude and openness to change
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork
  • Responsibility, Flexibility, Self-reliance, Multitasking
