This role in summary

As a Digital Brand and Activation Manager CZ/SK, you are responsible for the digital brand strategy per brand. Also, you guarantee the correct consumer journey, brand differentiation, and consistency per brand across countries.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Assuring the best brand and products visibility in e-commerce 
  • Support local markets as well as international projects (project management)
  • Effective communication and cooperation across departments,  with internal and external clients, Agencies, Trade partners, Influencers, and Brand ambassadors
  • Define and implement channel and content strategy
  • Define digital strategy per brand and the correct consumer journey
  • Develop clients’ digital channels and execute promotional plans for key Trade Partners based on Company's Digital & Marketing Plan 
  • Planning and executing tailored online activities to support quarterly sales plans and new product launches 
  • Ensuring rich product content execution at TPs web sites
  • Monitoring of the digital trends and competitors activities and presence
  • ROI analysis 
  • Monitor and define KPIs
  • Effective and efficient budget management
  • Drive the digital journey! 

Preferred skills and experiences

  • University degree
  • Overall orientation in the Social Media environment and trends
  • Experience in creating content for social media and online marketing
  • Experience with project management 
  • Product and Brand promo activation experience 
  • Complex overview of online marketing: SEO, SEA, Google Analytics,  PPC, Copywriting, UX strategy
  • A true communicator that is able to motivate others, and has excellent presentation skills
  • Analytical and a problem solver at heart 
  • Able to work independently and in a team!
  • Native Czech speaker and proficient in English
