  • Contributes to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own function/local organization, leading and facilitating the change. Serves as a consultant to management on HR-related topics. Facilitates, measures and improves the quality of management and teamwork. Fosters a recognition culture at work, assesses and deals with employees engagement. When Local HRBP, manages the employee relations and acts as a primary interface with unions representatives for his/her own organization.
  • Leads and deploys People Excellence programs implementation in own organization, supervising his/her own team in providing the best services to the employees (local HRBP), with the support of central HR CoE on designing, deploying, fine-tuning and on overall evaluation (functional HRBP).
  • Continuously evaluates the organization set-up in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency, to meet the enterprise business priorities and the HR strategic agenda’s requirements for the own organization.
  • Consults the business leaders on organization design & development (planning, assessment/diagnosis, evaluation, following-up).
  • Ensurestherightcostsizingwithrespecttothebudgetandtothechanging needs within the year, as well as on a longer term horizon, according to the organization set-up.
  • Provides advisory and coaching to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management.
  • Acts as a primary interface for strategic projects implementation for his/her own organization.
  • Acts as change management facilitator.
  • Promotes an inclusive environment and work-life balance, measures and deals with employees engagement.
  • Effectively communicates to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc. , regarding own organization.
  • Recruits, develops and retains high-performing and talented workforce for his/her own organization.
  • Identifies training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviors evaluation ones.
  • Manages compensation and benefits programs including pay adjustments, incentives and bonus programs for the managed workforce.
  • Promotes a culture of daily recognition among employees at work, leveraging on people leaders.
  • Manages own organization and succession planning.
  • Is in charge of talent selection and people development for the own team.
  • Manages own department’s budget.
  • Manages and executes HR processes ensuring their implementation for his/her own population. Supports talent management process (selection, development and career path)
  • Ensures team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication. Drives his group and enable the right level of cooperation among functions
  • Ensures appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reports. Provides leadership and mentorship to the entire team
  • Ensures communication of vision and strategy for his/her area of responsibility above and below within the organization
