Act as an internal SEO champion and evangelize SEO best practices in different internal forums & communicate acquisition updates/ plans to the wider organization and leadership on a regular basis.

 

As the SEO & CRO specialist, you will lead the SEO strategy for the country to maximize our organic traffic and eCommerce conversion rates. You will coordinate agencies, build guidelines, support all the digital consumer experiences we design, and collaborate with the regional & global SEO teams with best practices.

 

You are also responsible to ensure that everything we do and develop is SEO compliant and adheres to the SEO global, regional and local guidelines to increase conversion rate in all digital channels. 


You are an SEO super fan! Involved in SEO blogs, detailed oriented and your knowledge of Google is off the charts!                                                                   

 

Your task in this role will include:

 

  • Lead the SEO strategy in collaboration with regional and global teams
  • Execute on-site all SEO copywriting  projects
  • Build regular business cases to put SEO activities at the top of the priority list.
  • Responsibility for day to day and week to week delivery of SEO initiatives, ensuring best practices are met consistently
  • Monitor Organic Search performance of ours and top competitor sites on a daily basis
  • Define and track KPIs for ongoing SEO and content initiatives
  • Identify and engage best agencies/vendors
  • Audit our web pages and develop a roadmap to help implement required changes

 
Background and experiences:

 

  • 5 years of professional experience in developing and implementing SEO programs for a large scale brand both technical and copywriting programs
  • Experience of working with Agile
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX & Landing Page optimization
  • Extensive knowledge of campaign management systems, e.g., CMS, Atlas, Doubleclick, Adobe Target etc.
  • Experience with SEO tools including one or more of the following: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Brightedge, Google Keyword Tool, Webmaster Tools, SEOMoz, Search Console, ranking tools, or crawlers
  • Deeper technical knowledge around semantic HTML, open-graph, sitemaps, structured data, and relevant evaluation tools
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and should thrive in high expectations scenario with many stakeholders
  • Superb writing skills
  • English fluency
