Job Mission

 

Define, implements, supervises the whole payroll & administration processes to ensure standards of timeliness and accuracy for the assigned organization. Ensures the compliance of HR payroll and administration process to law and internal procedures. Collaborates, as a primary interface, with external services provider to make sure that all activities related to payroll management be on time, safe, according to standards and meet the requirements. 

 

Your task in this role will include

 

Supports People Excellence programs implementation in own organization (local HRBP), with the support of central HR CoE on designing, deploying, fine-tuning and on overall evaluation (functional HRBP).

 

  • Supervises his/her own team in the preparation of a variety of payroll & administration related documents (timesheets, wage slips, permissions, licenses, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures and with external rules related to payroll.
  • Supervises and authorizes the payroll payments to executives, inpatriates, white collars and blue collars, in collaboration with any external services provider, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in the execution.
  • Supervises his/her own team, giving advice, in case of particular changes in employee status, pay, benefits, facilitating the process to happen, involving the right stakeholders, ensuring the data consistency on the HR information systems for what concerns payroll information.
  • Makes sure that payments to welfare, health, insurance institutes be consistent, correct and on time.
  • Manages own organization and succession planning.
  • Is in charge of talent selection and people development for the team.
  • Manages own department’s budget.
  • Manages and executes HR processes ensuring their implementation for his/her own population
  • Supports talent management process (selection, development and career path)
  • Ensures team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication
  • Drives his group and enable the right level of cooperation among functions
  • Ensures appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reports
  • Provides leadership and mentorship to the entire team
  • Ensures communication of vision and strategy for his/her area of responsibility above and below within the organization

  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and from various backgrounds

  • Ability to execute with speed and sense of urgency. Has a good knowledge of current best practices and ways of operating effectively within a very passionate HR team.
