This Role in summary

We are looking for an IT Specialist in the Digital Marketing and eCommerce areas. This role will partner with various digital stakeholders, in business and IT, corporate and regional, in order to manage the IT technical specifications for Digital Marketing and eCommerce applications. Other key elements of this role are to ensure the IT solutions are stable, agile and performant, scalable, ensuring compliance to security and data privacy standards. The ecosystem is end-to-end, covering eCommerce, websites, digital marketing, Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, back-end and third party integrations.


Your Responsibilities will include

  • Oversee the solution design to address the EMEA digital and eCommerce ecosystem growth of capabilities working with multiple providers in a dynamic distributed environment
  • Interact with the IT Delivery team within EMEA to evaluate needs and requirements and agree on tools and solutions
  • Ensure that in the delivery projects the solution is realized according to policies/standards and coherent with the EMEA digital and D2C ecosystem
  • Interact with EMEA and Corporate IT organizations to align on tools, solutions and practices.


        Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT digital projects implementation
  • Experience with web development technologies and integration patterns 
  • Technical skills to review technical design documents, integration design documents and data flows 
  • Communication skills, written and spoken, in English  
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Open minded with a strong willingness to learn
  • Ambitious and open for change and experience in a global company


      Preferred skills and experiences

  • Knowledge and experience in eCommerce, CMS, Front-end solutions and frameworks
  • IT background in solution design and/or technical delivery experience at the scale of a multinational corporation 
  • A understanding of how to manage and grow a digital and eCommerce ecosystem
  • Business acumen, coupled with the ability to communicate findings to both business and IT leaders in a way that can influence how organizations approach business challenges
  • Effectively manage internal teams as well as vendors 
  • Project and budget management skills
