Job Mission


We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable WebMaster to join our team. 

As a Web Master eCommerce Analyst, you will be responsible for website management, coordinating the UX & UI, development, deployment, and maintenance of these e-commerce platforms. You will be the coordinator of all website updates and upgrades in line with the e-commerce and brand marketing requirements. You will represent the local team with the regional product owners and UX teams.

 

Your task in this role will include:


•    Manage, monitor, maintenance and upgrade the organization's website.
•    Build the User Experience enhancements requirements and execute what is under local accountability (vs regional).
•    Create and manage appropriate website content aligned to the organization’s strategy.
•    Collaborate with all staff and management (both central and market team) to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
•    You are the best partner for the e-commerce sales lead, the SEO lead, and the performance marketing lead.
•    Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
•    Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
•    Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
•    Read and understand Google Analytics data.

 

Background and experiences:


•    Min. 3 years of experience in a WebMaster Analyst role, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
•    Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms processes and technologies.
•    You are proficient in HTML
•    Google Analytics, EZ, and CMS, plus knowledge of the VTex platform.
•    Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to details, flexibility, and adaptability in changing environment
•    Fluent English
