Job Mission

 

We are looking for a Web and eCommerce Analyst, who will be accountable for data analysis coming from our branded and eCommerce platforms, so as to address best strategies for the online channel, to increase brand awareness and to maximize online sales.

You will be part of the D2C Team that is responsible for the eCommerce platforms, driving execution according to strategy of the EMEA Region.

This position is located in Milano in our EMEA Headquarter, where we have over 500 professionals dedicated to various areas of the business, including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Customer Service and global support functions.

Your task in this roll will include

 

  • Analyze data coming from branded websites and eCommerce platforms (Google Analytics), sales reporting, digital framework (internal reports)
  • Prepare reports (weekly, monthly) about trends and dynamics of branded and ecommerce sites, to support business decisions providing actionable inputs
  • Monitor efficacy of campaigns and promos on branded and ecommerce websites, based on common Analytics metrics.
  • Support local markets in analyzing data, to optimize ecommerce product portfolio and product selections
  • Support creation of central framework for branded and ecommerce Data Analysis, based on Tableau platform

 

Background and experiences 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant previous experience in a similar role
  • Applied experience in working with large datasets, excellent analytical capabilities, ability to select the right approach to deal with given data analysis problems and track record in data visualization
  • Deep understanding of the typical Digital Marketing needs, challenges and opportunities for a multinational company
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Tableau
  • Strong track record in managing internal and external stakeholders to drive results
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English
  • Open-minded attitude to innovation, to explore new tools and opportunities, in order to sustain current accountability, increase analysis capability and maximize efficiency
