This role in summary

 

We are looking for an IT Architect in the CRM, Consumer Services and Field Management areas. This role will partner with various digital stakeholders, in business and IT, corporate and regional, in order to create and drive Whirlpool EMEA’s strategic architecture direction for CRM, Consumer Services and Field Management platforms. The ultimate goal is to ensure an ecosystem of fit-for-purpose digital platforms that allow Whirlpool to achieve its business results. Other key elements of this role are to ensure environments are stable, agile and performant, scalable, leveraging reusable assets, ensuring compliance to security and data privacy standards. The ecosystem is end-to-end, covering CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Consumer Services, Field Services and CDP (Customer Data Platform), back-end and third party integrations.

 

Your responsibilities will include 

 

  • Manage growth of capabilities and technology roadmap development for CRM/CDP, Consumer Services and Field Services with multiple providers in a dynamic distributed environment
  • Manage and align internal, external and global sponsor on key changes, priorities and need to meet EMEA needs and drive business value
  • Deliver with the business regional team key priorities per markets that are common while supporting specific needs, and remaining within confine budget to maximize cost effectiveness
  • Interact with regional and countries business units within EMEA region
  • Interact with EMEA and Corporate IT organizations to align on solutions and practices

 

Requirements

 

  • Deep understanding of the typical CRM, Consumer Services, Field Services and CDP needs, challenges and opportunities for a multinational company
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM/CDP, Consumer Services and Field Services solutions design and delivery experience
  • Deep knowledge in Salesforce and/or SAP CRM, Field Service Solution
  • Deep design experience with  integrations frameworks, WebService, API, microservices and mobile technologies
  • Experience with Field Service Advanced Resource Schedule/Planning, SAP ERP and other SAP modules such as LE, WM, EWM
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform applications
  • Strong technical skills to create/review technical design documents, integration design documents and architecture data flows 
  • Project Management skills (better with Agile or PMO certification)
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations and how to implement them
  • Effectively manage IT and business stakeholders, across different departments and levels
  • Manage internal and external resources to drive results
  • Effectively manage capital and expense budgets
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English  
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA
