The SEO & CRO specialist is responsible for building strategies with focus on organic traffic of search engines in order to get site visits without CPC (cost por click). He/she will coordinate agency, guidelines updates, identify best practices, support all digital developments, and ensure countries are compliant with guidelines, as point of contact with global SEO head 
Also responsible for strategies to increase conversion (eg. number of sessions, transaction, leads) in all digital channels, building analyses with dashboards and reports to get hypotheses and insight for business decisions to change the digital products or build A/B test. He/she will also be responsible to capture the trends that shape the innovation path in the space of SEO and CRO.

Your task in this role will include:

  • Building SEO strategies in collaboration with local teams and coherence with Global DCOE
  • Facilitate SEO tactics
  • Highlight risks and opportunities to local SEO Teams, leveraging cross-country view
  • Coordination between local team and regional agencies (both SEO Tech and Copy)
  • Creating and maintaining patterns for CRO reports and dashboards 
  • Creating and maintaining patterns for A/B and multivariate testing reports and dashboards
  • Partnering with UX analysts to optimize the digital channel usability
  • Liaising with Global SEO team, regional teams and agencies to ensure alignment with best practices and guidelines. 

Background and experiences

  • Knowledge of SEO on-page content and technology
  • Superb writing skills 
  • Experience in HTML usage 
  • Knowledge Link Building technique 
  • Experience in using digital metrics and strategic digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Proven experience in marketing digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio,Tableau, Moz, Searchmetrics, Google Search Console)
  • Experience in Heatmap tool (eg. hotjar)
  • Fluency in English is a must
