<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Performance & CRM eCommerce Analyst to join our Italian D2C eCommerce Team. 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">As a Performance & CRM eCommerce Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and implementing CRM Strategy in order to optimize and improve consumer interactions based on the lifecycle of consumers.



<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your task in this roll will include


  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Full responsibility to ensure optimized consumer communication based on the lifecycle of consumers and our tools, including Mailing for transactions and additional initiatives.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Development and execution of our CRM strategy, planning, implementation, of campaigns and programs to improve consumers interactions with Whirlpool and increase conversion rates. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implementation and observation of all actions around SEA, SEO and CRM to improve our performance together with the Marketing Team and the external agencies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Setup and development of consumer databases following local GDPR rules, continuous improvement of our data quality.  
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Analysis of databases to prepare new campaigns, support business cases and optimize ROI.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Regularly reporting and optimization of all activities around our database actions in regard to Marketing campaigns, email campaigns and other virtual POS actions.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Budget surveillance and cost efficiency controls for our D2C organization.



<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Background and experiences 


  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Previous relevant experience in a CRM role, preferably in a Digital and eCommerce environment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong knowledge of Digital CRM processes and technologies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Unbiased approach to data analysis and a willingness to accept and adopt practices based on the results of data.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Analytically minded strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth and manage A/B testing.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics will be considered a strong plus.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree and fluent knowledge of the English language.
