Internship description:

As an intern you will join the Central Human Resources Department in the EMEA Headquarter, to support the Compensation & Benefits CoE HR team. You will assist in the development of the company’s total rewards framework and implementation of total rewards offerings. This position will support the design, development, evaluation, documentation, and implementation of compensation, benefits and reward programs.

 

You will have the opportunity to focus on the following activities:

  • Project Management Support on benefits and wellbeing schemes EMEA

  • Support on all global compensation cycles (i.e. on and off cycle compensation, merit, incentives) 

  • Support on Whirlpool’s compensation programs including annual merit and bonus processes, job analyses and market surveys

  • Working closely with HR Business Partners, vendors and other key stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery related to Total Rewards
