The team you will be a part of

The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

This role in summary

The European Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic and major European Key Accounts

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support the increase of business volume, revenue and DCM with major European Key Accounts
  • Manage the day-by-day business of European Key Accounts 
  • Network with major European Key Accounts to identify and address specific needs
  • Support and contribute to the overall EKA targets and strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with EKAs to ensure long-term success
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Provide high quality central contract management of existing and new agreements
  • Coordinate the EKA activities and contractual structure
  • Provide excellent internal and external communication
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
  • Liaise with Local Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products and international contracts
  • Ensure brand consistency

Minimum requirements

  • +5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong sales related background
  • Customer oriented attitude 
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Data focused approach
  • Sales metric and marketing intelligence professional 
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Trade marketing experience is a plus 
  • Knowledge of other languages (French or German) is a plus
