Job Mission:

Responsible for leading the commercial operations team in developing and implementing go-to-market strategic priorities, embedment of end-to-end commercial processes / tools (EMEA Commercial Policy and Market Place Investments) as well as strategic commercial projects to enable all EMEA markets to deliver profit plan commitments.

 

Main Activity:

 

• Owner of the deployment of Whirlpool commercial operations tool in EMEA

• Owner of EMEA-wide coordinated promotional calendar

• Lead commercial excellence transformation

• Lead embedment of standardized trade marketing activities across all EMEA markets (promotional planning, trade presentations, account planning, negotiations, store visits, etc)

• Responsible to establish end-to-end go-to-market processes by identifying existing best practices and contributing to definitions of new standards to be used across all markets

• Support the Vice President EMEA, Commercial & Consumer Service to define strategy and tools for Price Margin Realization 

• Owner, in alignment with the Vice President EMEA, Commercial & Consumer Service of the official EMEA commercial policy

• Accountable to support the delivery of the Profit Plan targets across EMEA markets

 Develop governance system to ensure proper allocation of spend

• Define and own process to track total spend to provide visibility of total spend and spend type to the markets guiding investment strategy in alignment with the Finance department

 Responsible for identify tangible margin expansion opportunities and work with Trade Marketing to execute

 Responsible for track embedment progress of the commercial policy and guidelines by market

 Responsible to define general guidelines of  Market Place Investments optimization opportunities as part of the commercial policy

 Regularly communicate with the markets and Trade Marketing organizations in the countries to create visibility of total spend and spend type, trends and improvement opportunities.

 Lead the Key Projects and business acceleration implementation in alignment with the Strategy and Marketing teams

• Conduct regular report-out meetings with Vice President EMEA, Commercial & Consumer Service and Vice President, Product & Brands (performance improvement recommendations, etc)

• Create effective and engaged team

• Act as a facilitator to integrate Commercial & Consumer Service

• Facilitate best practice sharing/efficiencies within the category/markets
