Utility Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift - Ottawa, OH


$19.25 per hour

$1.00 per hour for 3rd shift differential

$1.25 per hour for 2nd shift differential


Retention Bonus of $250 after start

What You Will Do as a Utlility

  • Fill in vacancies on the assembly lines and support areas as needed 
  • Assist in areas where workload, breakdowns, extra work or special projects necessitate additional manning.
  • Perform rework/repair as necessary.
  • Drive forklift or other vehicles to accomplish assignment.
  • Post production data as required.
  • Will be trained for Solder/Brazing
  • Will be trained for Lock Out Tag Out
  • Will be trained for Quick Kiazen's
  • Problem Solving
  • WCM Projects 
  • Training Employees
  • Continuously stand or walk (up to 10 hours per day)
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently  
  • Ability to inspect, operate machinery, use air tools and standard hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, etc), as well as interpret work instructions.
  • The ability to repetitively wire, lube, glue,sort, and clip components of various sizes and lengths and weights.

  • Must have High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old or older
  • 1+ years of manufacturing work experience


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in solder
  • Experience driving forklift
