This role in summary

The Quality Analyst is responsible for executing quality improvement projects on assembly lines and supporting new product launches in order to deliver the target metrics using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools and philosophy approach.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Execution of Kaizens/Continuous Quality Improvement activities on productive processes
  • Execution of Error/Mistake proofing projects 
  • Provide support on Control Plan development
  • Provide support during new product development
  • Support WCM Quality Workstreams
  • Miscellaneous / Other duties as required

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 2+ years previous engineering experience, or Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of Quality Engineer / technician experience
     

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong statistical proficiency and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, with ability to learn Google Suite
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with varied audiences and mediums
  • Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
