Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Quality Systems Analyst opening to join our Global Quality Management organization.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities


  • Create and test interactive online dashboards to drive action and provide insight to cross functional audiences
  • Assess and interpret customer data/reporting needs for key Quality data and metrics including but not limited to: 
  • Voice of the Customer (5 Star reviews & Consumer Test Institutes)
  • Service (GSIR, Early Warning) and Call Center, 
  • TCQ (Total Cost of Quality); 
  • and translating those business needs into plans, data structure definitions and system enhancements
  • Implement process changes and continual improvement requirements for new reporting initiatives
  • Support key stakeholders in each region and provide the training and support for required for accomplishing reporting objectives (Whirlpool Regions : North America, Latin America, Europe-MiddleEast-Africa, Asia)
  • Validate data enhancements before introduction of enhancements
  • Support reporting updates to leadership as necessary (including a Global Audience)
  • Present changes and key insights as part of monthly user forums
  • Perform maintenance of business activities for key global data streams and reporting
  • responding to user inquiries and investigating their questions
  • developing documentation
  • conducting user meetings and training sessions
  • Consult others for cross functional team efforts, such as implementing new capabilities/reporting/training and updates to the production systems


Minimum Requirements


  • BA or BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Sciences, or related field
  • 1 + years in product, manufacturing, supplier, quality, service, marketing or equivalent role


Preferred Requirements


  • Proven planning, thought leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
  • Language proficiency in 2 or more of the following English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese,Russian
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & data visualization skills
  • Experience with text modeling and working with unstructured data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Familiar with Quality, Service, or Customer Experience related systems or processes
  • Trained and/or certified in Lean and or Opex 
  • Experience in global role
