This role in summary

The incumbent would be responsible for IT digital transformation and Project / Product Management, Finance & HR.

Your responsibilities will include

* Plan, own and execute  projects end to end right from ideation to deployment and support

Work with Key Business Stakeholders - Internal and External , to understand business needs, come up with practical solutions and drive them to execution

Build business case for the implementation of the identified Finance initiatives

Analyse, Evaluate and Recommend products and implementation partners

Implement/enhance the Key Processes that bring in more financial visibility to the organizations. For ex: COPA Implementation, Product Costing, Material Ledger etc.

Implement/enhance the Processes that were influenced by the legal requirements i.e. AP, AR, Asset Accounting, GL Accounting and Bank Accounting, New GL including Profit Center Accounting

Customize SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design. Also participate in furture SAP rollouts.

Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts

Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels

* Prepare detailed project planning / monitor the project progress.

Leverage the Best Business Practices that bring in more financial visibility to the respective country level managers.

* Adhere to the Global Standards and rolling out the global financial solutions in the specific time frame

Implement/enhance integrated third party software for various processes involving Employees, Vendors, Banking, Customer, CRM, SRM etc.

Minimum requirements

Education - 

MBA Finance (from Premier institute) / CA / ICWA

Experience - 

Overall 8+ years of Experience. 6 Years of SAP FICO implementation experience (3+ major implementations).

* Business process understanding of Commercial Finance, Accounting, Costing 

 

Preferred skills and experiences

Cross cultural experience preferred – with Business teams.

Additional information

  • Would be available for travel in a reasonable notice period.

  • Should be flexible in owning work assignments.

  • Possess good attitude to learn and adapt to the new technologies as per the organizational requirements
