This role in summary

As a Customer Service & Supply Chain Representative, you would be part of the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) department. Our role is to provide service to sales and trade partners, but also to support the supply chain operations by managing the full order-to-cash process. 


The OTD team is functioning as a link between Sales, Trade Partners and the internal departments like Finance, Marketing and Logistics. Your role is to manage the full order-to-cash process from order intake until the delivery including after sales activities. You will report to the OTD Team Lead.


Today we are a team of 17 people with 9 nationalities and we can’t wait to add new enthusiastic members to our team! 

Your responsibilities will include

  • First point of contact for all type of queries from sales and trade partners related to sales orders
  • Order intake into SAP and control of data accuracy (pricing, availability, etc.) 
  • Follow-up of order status (stock availability, financial blocks in our ERP system)
  • Follow-up the delivery – being in direct contact with our logistics supplier 
  • Perform delivery slot booking – being in exchange with the customer, the logistics supplier and the carriers
  • Use mass-transactions in SAP for order intake or order amendments 
  • Create frequent order reports and provide them to sales and customers, using SAP BI & Excel
  • Register and follow-up on complaints from the customers
  • Create credit and debit notes for customers
  • Create return orders and follow-up together with logistics until issue of credit note
  • Coordinate with sales department the implementation of new customers
  • Communicate frequently with sales department to ensure best customer satisfaction

Minimum requirements

  • You are proficient in German and English 
  • You have gained experience in a related Customer Service / Internal Sales position
  • You have worked with SAP / SAP HANA, knowledge in SAP BI is a plus!
  • You are advanced in Excel and feel comfortable using it autonomously
