<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">An exciting, high ownership Online Performance Specialist role focused on managing KitchenAid SDA web analytics, digital campaigns performance and website conversion optimization. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented CRO specialist to help create data-driven marketing solutions.

 

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your task in this role will include

 

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implement, customize and leverage web analytics and website optimization tools based on business needs (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio and tracking codes from online media platforms, such as Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, and others.)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support the business in understanding success of website, customer journey and digital marketing campaign performance – including tracking implementation, optimization, testing, reporting, dashboarding and continuous improvement recommendations
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Managing and tracking implementations across technologies
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Analyse website data and provide insights on customer behavior on-site
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build out site reporting, monitoring and alerting
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop a data quality metrics framework which includes dashboard/scorecard.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Guide the Brands and the Digital teams in how to best exploit consumer data in order to gain actionable business insights and boost consumer sales and revenue.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work closely with Regional CRM, Online, D2C and GIS teams to ensure adequate usage of technology stacks and platforms
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Track, analyze and communicate key digital, CRM and campaigns data findings to guide digital & D2C strategies
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provide oversight of website, channels and sales performance.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop and support an attribution model to ensure D2C, Digital and Brand teams will drive their media investments more efficiently.

 

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Background and experiences

 

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or other related field.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">3 - 5 years in an analytics role
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Previous data mining, analysis and conversion rate optimization experience (websites & campaigns).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Leverage consumer and platforms data insights, help D2C, Digital Marketing and Brands teams design effective marketing campaigns (SEM/CRM/D2C campaigns, etc...)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Promote a culture of A/B testing wherever possible to derive incremental performance opportunities and additional consumer behavior insights
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Visual Website Optimizer and more.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with analytics methodologies in testing & UX tools
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to work effectively with different people in development, digital, marketing, UX/UI designers and agencies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proven analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings clearly and concisely
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence executive leadership
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Fluent in English
