<span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">A Marketing Assistant is responsible for bringing regionally aligned annual brand plans to life in Ireland, in partnership with the UK based Brand & Digital team. Part of our Ireland-specific market operations, this role reports to the Marketing Manager. If selected, you will be accountable for the flawless execution of the broader regional brand and digital plans in Ireland. Within the country you will activate these plans to draw in explorers and convert purchase intenders through the Consumer Decision Journey via planned Google Ad campaigns, multiple social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), relevant print & digital consumer publications, and PR support.

<span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">You will ensure our brands are reliably represented across all digital platforms by selecting and uploading approved content, syndicating across retailer websites, and maintaining digital quality for all brand and trade domains (New product images, marketing copy, product specifications, banners, product landing pages for launches, promotions etc).

<span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">This assistant will partner with the regional Brand & Digital team to collect existing and/or develop exclusive POS material to support conversion in-store at the moment of purchase. You will also develop learning-incentives for sales & training campaigns.

<span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">The role supports the Marketing Manager by collecting, consolidating, and reporting campaign results (communication and brand health KPIs), digital footprint dashboards (iSite feedback and reports), and routine Ireland-specific consumer and shopper insights to drive future brand plans and strategies. 

<span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">This position is based at our business centre in Ireland, with Flexible Work Time or Remote Work arrangements for highly qualified candidates.

 

 

Your task in this roll will include

 

  • Supporting the delivery of consistent, on-message integrated marketing communications activities using digital and/or physical tools.
  • Budget management associated with assigned marketing activities.
  • Understanding the consumer experience and decision-making process throughout each phase of the consumer decision journey
  • Participating in the development and execution of project plans, with deadline management assistance and progress monitoring, identify obstacles and take corrective actions with guidance, and communicate project outcomes.

 

 

Background and experiences 

 

  • Considerable prior brand, digital, and/or marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with Facebook business, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO, and photoshop
  • Managing and developing internal and external relationships (Regional Brand & Digital teams, agencies, etc.)
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to drive differentiated results
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
