This Role in Summary

 

Whirlpool is looking for a qualified candidate for the role of Tech Line Analyst in our Consumer Services organization. This role can be located at our Cleveland, TN facility or our Benton Harbor Facility.. This role  will engage with internal and external customers and consumers, supporting the business with analysis regarding Knowledge Transfer, Contact Centers, the Home Delivery Experience, and the overall Service Experience. 

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include 

 

  • Support Tech-Line Analytics enabling the deployment of Home Service and Competency & Development Strategies with significant direction from Tech-Line Leadership
  • Provide Tech-Line analytics support and techniques including goal setting and metrics creation/communication
  • Communicate across multi-functional teams establishing customer/supplier connections
  • Participate in small to medium sized projects where needed, or work in coordination with project manager and with cross-functional teams
  • Manage project tasks, scope and risks
  • Work effectively & supportively within a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity & respect
  • Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company 
  • Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines 
  • Independent thinker with strong focus on processes & attention to detail 
  • Exceptional Customer Focus 

 

Minimum Requirements
 

  • Associate's Degree 
  • 1+ year(s) Continuous Improvement experience
  • 1+ years(s) experience in Analytics

 

 

Preferred Skills and Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Working knowledge of eCRM, ServiceBench, Genesys, & Tableau 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation (written/verbal communication) skills
  • SAP Skill Set
