Senior Customer Service Representative


Are you looking to take a step up from your current customer service position and work directly for Whirlpool’s Award Winning Call Center? We are seeking full-time Senior Care Experts who are passionate about helping our consumers and who enjoy working for an eXperience center that ranks some of the top scores in engagement among the industry. This dynamic person will answer consumer questions regarding appliances, primarily via phone, chat, and email, and will have the ability to work from their home, or in center. While Customer Service is our primary function, we have unique sales opportunities for most calls where your ability to sell will earn you commission based bonuses on top of your hourly rate.


Working hours for this position will fall between the hours of 8 am-8 pm M-F, and

8 am-5 pm on Saturdays. You will need to be available between these hours. Training is in center only for approximately 6 weeks and would be 8am-5pm, M-F.


We use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. You may respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials online, secondary sources, or additional teams within.



This position is eligible for full benefits including health insurance, dental and vision, 401k, and employee pricing on Whirlpool products.


- One year customer service experience
- Call center experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate computer skills and Windows experience
- Keyboard proficiency (35 wpm)
- Strong problem solving ability

This is a professional and energetic environment.  The dress code is casual. Qualified candidates must be willing to submit to a drug and background screening. 

Candidates must have the ability to sit for duration of their shift while working on a computer and wowing our consumers with their knowledge and passion.
