Job Mission:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will contribute to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own function/local organization, facilitating the change. He/she will support the HRBP Senior Mgr/Mgr in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices to own organization in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. 


Your tasks in the role will include:

  • Support HRX change management programs implementation in own organization, with the support of central/global HR on designing, deploying, fine-tuning and on overall evaluation.
  • Provide support in assessing the organization set-up in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency, to meet the enterprise business priorities and the HR strategic agenda’s requirements for the own organization.
  • Consult the business leaders on organization design & development (planning, assessment/diagnosis, evaluation, following-up).
  • Ensure the right cost sizing with respect to the budget and to the changing needs within the year, as well as on a longer term horizon, according to the organization set-up.
  • Promote, implement, communicates activities policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues for blue and white collars. 
  • Provide advisory to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management. 
  • Participate in system/process redesign/reengineering for what concerns HR related topics.
  • Act as change management facilitator. 
  • Promote an inclusive environment and work-life balance, measures and deals with employees engagement.
  • Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc. , regarding own organization.
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing and talented workforce for his/her own organization.
  • Identify training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviors evaluation ones.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs including pay adjustments, incentives and bonus programs for the managed workforce.
  • Promote a culture of daily recognition among employees at work, leveraging on people leaders. 


Backgorund and experiences:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similiar roles
  • Experience in managing relations with Trade Unions 
  • Competent in Personnel Management & Labor Law
  • English fluency is a must
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Management processes
  • Able in negotiation and excellent communicator
  • Able to navigate complex situations and influence others
