Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Sweden.

In the role of Account Manager Sweden, you will be given the opportunity to be a crucial contributor to the overall growth strategy of Whirlpool Nordics. Your brand portfolio will mainly focus on Whirlpool, and Indesit, but it will also include KitchenAid, Bauknecht and Hotpoint. Customer focus will be on existing trade partners within retail and online but part of the work scope is also to acquire new customers both in consumer retail as well as in kitchen specialists and construction. The role reports to our Nordic Sales Manager located at our Nordic office in Stockholm where we also have central functions and our showroom. Geographical placement of the role is flexible as we have an agile work process supported by use of our digital tools. Frequent travels to customers within Sweden and to our office in Stockholm will be a natural part of the job. 

 Main Responsibilities

 

  • Achieving sales targets and building business relationships within assigned local accounts in Sweden.
  • Ensuring accurate sales forecast and sell-out activities planning
  • Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting and closing sales
  • Contribution to market strategy by monitoring competitive products

 

Background and experiences

 

  • Bachelor degree or other relevant education
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Sales role in home appliances
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills
  • Fluent English and Swedish
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Result-oriented and proactive
  • Attentive to details
