As a Senior Lab Technician, the individual is expected to perform testing activities, taking care of day-to-day activities, data analysis and report preparation. Lab Technician will report directly to the Lab Supervisor.



  • Understand home appliance standards (ie: UL, IEC, EN, AHAM, ISO etc.)
  • Autonomy in using Lab equipment
  • Computer skills (Google and MS Office suite, Labview)
  • English knowledge
  • Basic   understanding  of  Lean  and  Six  Sigma  principles and methodologies are considered a plus.
  • High School Diploma is minimum requirement



  • Carry out independently tests according the Laboratory procedures and proper methodologies with minimal supervision
  • Record and prepare data, evaluate results and generate lab reports
  • Work together with Lab Supervisor and Lab Team 
  • Collaborate with CI Engineer to move from idea generation to idea implementation.
  • Application of the 5S principles
  • Maintenance of lab equipments and consumables
  • Capability to work in a global engineering team environment, with customers located in other countries.
  • Flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business  task/project priorities.
  • Good business communication (written/verbal).
  • Good problem solving skills
