This role in summary


Candidate should support Business Analyst on the cost tracking of projects in all steps of New Project Introduction using all cost tooling (Cost modeling, Cost Walk, R/O Tracking). You will have the opportunity to analyse the outcome and arrange correlation phase with relevant commodity, to organize lead and generate reporting of correlation meeting, and to support on the weekly KPI reporting of project evolution. 


Your responsibilities will include


  • Preparing detailed material for Cost modeling process through the Company System ( Windchill, Sap) and execute the proper procedure for the Cost modeling steps in the Software
  • Monitor the modeling status and Inter regional communication with the functional team located in India
  • Validate data reliability on information received with strong iteration with Engineering and procurement
  • Execute Tracking the evolution of activity and mapping all KPI
  • Analysis of the outcome and arrange correlation phase with relevant commodity 
  • Organize Lead and generate reporting of correlation meeting and attend all cross functional meeting and discussion


Minimum requirements


Are you:


  • A Master Degree student or fresh graduate in Economics/Engineering?
  • Fluent English?
  • Good user of Google Sheets and Google Slides?
  • Good team worker with a problem solving attitude?
