This role in summary

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for risk management with focus on foreign exchange, commodities, interest rate risk management and pension.. This role will be based in Global Headquarters (GHQ) and will interact closely with other Global and Regional Treasury team members, as well as other Corporate Finance functions including FP&A, Audit, Tax and Accounting. 

Your responsibilities will include

This position reports to the Director, Treasury and is responsible for assisting with:

  • Oversee financial risk management with focus on foreign exchange, commodities and interest rate risk management
  • Monitor financial market and counterparty credit risk and effectiveness of foreign exchange, commodity and interest rate hedging programs
  • Prepare key monthly journal entries and support quarterly earnings with focus on Treasury related topics
  • Manage company’s defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans including participation in governance committees and plan oversight in partnership with 3rd party partners
  • Support the implementation of the new Treasury Management System during the design, build, and test phases
  • Senior Treasury Analyst and Treasury Analyst report into this role, as well as a dotted line direct report from our Global Finance Shared Service Center

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • 1+ years management or supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of Corporate Treasury or FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience including Foreign Exchange and Cash Management

Preferred skills and experiences

  • MBA 
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg, SAP, BPC, TMS (especially FIS Quantum)
  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate issues with non-treasury internal customers and senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results while working with external business partners, including outside legal counsel, banks, and consultants
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and/or accounting/financial statement analysis 
  • Treasury workstation experience


Additional information

Employees in this role can work a hybrid schedule of three core days in office and two days remote. This enables employees to come together to collaborate in-person and gives employees the added flexibility to work remotely.
