The team you will be a part of:

The Talent Acquisition team implements the organization's recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business. Recruitment activities may include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers; relocation; orientation and introductory training.

This role in summary:

As the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition COE, you will be responsible for defining, designing, improving and scaling best practices, recruiting processes, tools and technology globally in order to enable Whirlpool Corporation to attract and acquire the talent needed to deliver the business strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Continually evaluating, streamlining and improving the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process globally in order to optimize all KPIs, including the candidate experience.
  • Building the Talent Acquisition Technology Strategy in order to enable the TA process and leverage AI and Cognitive Automation tools.
  • Leading the design and implementation of any new Talent Acquisition Technology solutions, in close partnership with the HRIS team and other Subject Matter Experts as needed.
  • Partnering closely with the Talent Analytics team in order to design and implement any new Talent Acquisition reporting or analytics in order to help Recruiters and/or Hiring Managers leverage the data to source and hire more effectively.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years experience in Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition.
  • 3+ years project management experience designing, implementing and driving global TA strategies using data analytics/insights.

Preferred skills and experiences:

  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Talent Acquisition technology solutions.
  • Strategic thinking ability in order to design and deliver effective strategies and programs focused on driving Talent Acquisition impact and effectiveness.
  • Customer centric, problem-solver with experience in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Data-driven decision-making and metrics-oriented mindset.
  • Team and Project Management experience, including ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage and present ideas to senior leadership.

Additional information:

**Employees in this role can work a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. This enables employees to come together to collaborate in-person and gives employees the added flexibility to work remotely.
