This role in summary

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our Home Services organization. This role supports a strategic imperative for the company where today we provide an elevated level of Service to our Consumers and seek to grow a Home Delivery network in order to own the desired Consumer Experience post-purchase. This role will support the change management strategy and associated communications for all projects and initiatives. In relation, engage the organization through various communication formats, and mediums in order to keep Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement (ADKAR) certification at the forefront of all Home Service projects and initiatives

Your responsibilities will include

•     Communications and Change Management
•    Develop proactive, comprehensive change management plans, key stakeholder analysis, and impact assessment, resistance identification and resolution, communications, and success metrics.
•    Create and deliver innovative, two-way communication solutions that drive better alignment, understanding, embedment, and dialog within the organization.
•    Understand stakeholders and successfully connect our Authorized External Service & Home Delivery Network to our overall strategy. 
•    Ownership/distribution of communications using various methods for both Internal and External recipients.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Develop necessary partnerships cross-functionally to achieve strategic outcomes. Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication channels with the key teams, Whirlpool stakeholders, and others (vendors, partners, etc.) to ensure successful implementation.
•    Project Management – Develop proactive, comprehensive project strategies and plans, to include a structured framework that delivers business objectives.
•    Advocate and support Continuous Improvement cross-functionally to ensure a standard approach to problem-solving.

 

Minimum requirements

•     Bachelor's Degree 
•    3+ years of experience in Communication and Change Management 
•    2+ years of experience in Communication Distribution using varying communication channels
•    1+ years of experience with Value Streams and Continuous Improvement Methodology 

 

Preferred skills and experiences

•     Experience within business management, project management, communications, or change strategy.
•    Analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
•    Business acumen – An understanding of business priorities, challenges, and direction to drive change through effective communications and desired outcomes through a robust strategy.
•    Experience developing communications strategies and plans to drive change; experience with projects that include large-scale transformation, organization, business process changes preferred.
•    Leadership, influencing, and consultative skills – Ability to demonstrate credibility and diplomacy when managing key stakeholders at various levels both internal/external.
•    Adapt quickly to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
•    Accountability – Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to achieve results.
