JennAir - Digital Brand Manager

Function Overview
We are seeking a Digital Brand Manager to join our corporate team of rebel marketers. As Digital Brand Manager, you will lead our digital strategy and owner experience across the JennAir digital ecosystem of website, mobile app, showroom, and monthly data reporting. You will demonstrate ownership of the Brand and Product Strategy through management of our digital platform and redefine the way consumers interact with home appliances. This role is a core component of the JennAir business strategy and will report directly to the JennAir Senior Brand Manager. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead JennAir Digital Ecosystem Strategy, inclusive of website,  mobile app,  digital showrooms, and owner experience 
  • Leverage digital data and analytics to drive decision-making and platform optimization.
  • Flawlessly execute marketing assets that define the JennAir owner experience. 
  • Collaborate with digital support teams, Engineering and Product Marketing teams to plan and deliver our 5-year Digital Roadmap 
  • Manage world class agency partners to deliver leading digital content 
  • Consult on media plan and social strategy
  • Own digital platform excellence, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management/Lifecycle marketing, and supporting digital needs of brand marketing strategy


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of marketing or brand management experience
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing - website management, search engine optimization, digital display and/or social media


Preferred Requirements

  • MBA Preferred
  • Experience with Adobe experience manager, including authoring and asset management. 
  • Knowledge of and experience with website analytics tools
  • Passion for and continued curiosity in the digital space, tools and trends
  • Firm grasp of marketing mix and processes, and a proven ability to develop briefs, delivering breakthrough results
  • Proven ability to uncover insights and develop recommendations grounded in those insights
  • Past experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate
  • Dynamic motivator/leader, relationship builder 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
