Job mission

This position is part of Consumer Service, responsible for earning consumer trust and loyalty to our brands by providing to consumers excellent in-warranty and out-of-warranty after-sales service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for KPI’s related to levels of post-sales, cost management and development of service centres business targets. This is a field-based position covering the North West region of Spain.


Your task in the role wil include

●    Responsible for visiting service centres and acting as a focal point between them and the company
●    Ensures that Company’s values and strategy are correctly followed from service partners
●    Analysing cost and post sales’ KPIs
●    Enables our Service Partners in the development of business opportunities during technicians’ visits at consumers
●    Analysing the technicians and service centres levels of efficiency
●    Enabler of sell-out activities and their development (e.g. Spare Parts, Essentials, Finish Goods, Air Treatments)
●    Ensures guidance and governance to our service partners regarding processes and procedures
●    360 management of overall post-sales activities related to their district of competence


Background and experiences

●    Engineering background is oreferred 
●    Significant experience in similar roles 
●    Customer loyalty & after sales experience
●    Analytical knowledge of revenue, profit, sales performance
●    Independent and self-reliant 
●    Excellent organisation and project management skills
●    Understanding of the local market 
●    Technical experience relating to repairs post sales customer service is preferred 
●    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at one time
●    Full driving licence
●    At least basic proficiency of English
●    Preferred locations: Galicia, Asturias or North of Spain in general
