The team you will be a part of

The Tax team ensures that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives and complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Activities may include undertaking research; evaluating the legality and tax effectiveness of current and future business activities; preparing and submitting tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports; maintaining tax records; and corresponding with external tax agencies or consultants.

This role in summary

To coordinate the processes of federal, state and social security taxes.

Your responsibilities will include

To review and approve the tax calculations.
To approve the payroll accounting records.
To engage the reconciliation process of accounting records of tax and payroll accounts.
Provide ad-hoc back office to the administrative and operational areas regarding tax topics.
To attend the tax authorities during inspections and audit processes.
To attend internal and external auditors.
Dictamen Fiscal / Dictamen IMSS.
To review the monthly tax closing processes.

Minimum requirements

Seasoned in tax topics including federal taxes, payroll taxes and state taxes.
At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Taxes (ISR, IVA)

Preferred skills and experiences

Education: Public Accountant, Business Administrator.
Knowledge of ERP - SAP.
Knowledge of IMSS, SAT and INFONAVIT platforms / applications.
Conversational English.
