- Support to Legal Business partner for Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) 
- Support to Legal Business partner for Real Estate Operations 
- Responsible for support Immigration matters


Function Overview


  • Provides ongoing legal support to all areas of Procurement. 
  • Support to provide Training as needed and according to the Training Plan. 
  • Responsible for the legal support to Immigration matters. 
  • Provide legal support to Real Estate Operations. 
  • Draft and review all types of documents for the company’s Procurement. 
  • Add and update templates to the Company’s Legal Site. 
  • Support Continuous Improvement projects. 
  • Intake Form Management.
  • File management of all the documents coming from Procurement.

Preferred Requirements


  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (e.g. business units, functions and regions) to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Creating relations of trust. 
  • Management Skills: Self-motivated, able to execute specific job tasks and seek out and raise opportunities for improvement, proactive
  • Organizational Skills: ability to manage multiple projects, completing priorities. 

Minimum Requirements



  • Law Degree  
  • Master Degree (Desirable) 


  • 4+ years experience in providing legal counsel to national and international companies. 

Procurement support experience such as direct and indirect procurement, IT procurement, supplier relationship management, supplier onboarding, sales activities, contractual disputes, or other matters from a commercial perspective.
