This role in summary

  • Manage Direct to Consumer (DTC) fulfilment operations, and Distribution and coordinate Hubs operations of Dedicated Fleet ensuring continuous improvement of core KPIs

  • Gather, analyze and share regular data on D2C performance across with key recommendations to improve the efficiency and user experience; including ideas generation and consequent implementation within D2C scope

  • Develop strategy to meet NPS needs and improve final customer satisfaction through tickets problem solving.

  • Strict management of Internal Controls / SoX

  • Develop Kaizen, P4G Projects to improve The processes

Your responsibilities will include

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE OF ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Opening TP for E commerce

  • Keep Healthy Backlog

  •  Maintain up-to-date inventory for all locations, Create and distribute up-to-date shipping and inventory information to all D2C channels

  • Provide best in class customer service via phone, email , IT Solution  in response to shipping inquiries, Order Status 

  • Liaise and negotiate with customers a

  • Handling complaints

  • Works hand-in-hand with eCommerce team to develop catalogue strategy by customer and days-of-supply inventory goals

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE OF D2C AUTOMATION

  • Develop , Test and Execute Transportation Management System 

  • Develop Routing, Trace and tracks, Order status IT Solution

  • Develop Apps to control de operation

  • Develop and Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, CLTV strategy

  • Develop and Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle

  • Develop and use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements

Requirements

Education: IIS, LIN, IMA, ISC, APICS

Profesional Experience: 6-10 years in supply chain, final mile, ecommerce

Expertise in SAP & Excel

Language: Advanced English
