The team you will be a part of

The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

This role in summary

HRBP Manager is accountable for developing and deploying strategic human resources programs to large business units or divisions to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. Lead People Excellence with business leaders to deliver positive business outcomes . Provides guidance to People Leaders.
